Whether you are an early riser or a late-night owl, 5 minutes is an easy fit for any busy routine. We suggest some options below for you, but of course, it is up to you to find that perfect fit!

Early Riser Routine

Find a 5 minute gap in your early morning routine. Apply them when your alarm goes off & hit the snooze button for 5 minutes before getting up.  They’re a great add-on to your early morning tea/coffee wake up call.

Look and feel fresh for the day ahead. Especially great for treating puffiness upon waking up & to prevent the afternoon tired-eye syndrome.

Remember to moisturise, use sunscreen and/or apply make-up afterwards only.

End of day me-time
